Return & Exchange Policy

At My Heritage Flex, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or personalized products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at support@myheritageflex.co.za (replace with your actual contact email) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back using a track-able courier service.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using Paxi or The Courier Guy for reliable returns.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (R60 Paxi / R110 Courier Guy) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us at info@myheritageflex.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Intimate or hygienic goods
